  • Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis unless a rush order is agreed upon.

  • Clear and detailed references are required to ensure the best results.

  • Incomplete or unclear references may result in delays.

  • Major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.

  • Additional revisions after the sketch is approved may incur extra fees.

  • - Full payment must be made upfront through VGen’s secure payment system unless a payment plan has been discussed and agreed upon.

  • - Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise in a promotion or special offer.

  • - Refunds are available only if I have not started the commission.

  • - No refunds will be issued after work has begun.

  • - You may not claim the artwork as your own, alter it without permission, or use it in any AI training or NFT-related projects.

  • - Respond to messages and provide feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • - Respect my time and boundaries. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission.

  • - If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued regardless of the progress made.

  • - Clients who cancel their commission will receive no refund if work has already begun.
